The 5 Pillars program focuses on foundational elements to build a healthy lifestyle that impacts every area of of your life positively.


 

  • PILLAR 1:  Body Transformation
    • Our focus is shifting the focus from one's bathroom scale to their body.  It's on making the body composition change shifting the needle toward more muscle and less fat with the minimal amount of time invested that fits an individuals daily schedule.  We focus on epigenetic change on muscles using heavy resistance work, plyometric and jump training work for bone density increase, and light sprint interval training for metabolic change.  These Improve insulin sensitivity, get the body to use more carbohydrates, and use free fatty acid use as a resting fuel that targets visceral fat loss.  We don't do interval training exercises like Orange Theory, Peloton, F45 and other moderate intensity zone workouts as these types of exercises can increase cortisol levels and are slow progressing for body composition change.
  • PILLAR 2:  Mental Transformation
    • Mental transformation refers to the process of changing one's thoughts, beliefs, and perspectives to achieve personal growth and well-being. It involves consciously examining and challenging negative or limiting thoughts and replacing them with positive and empowering ones. Through techniques such as mindfulness, self-reflection, and cognitive restructuring, individuals can develop a healthier mindset and improve their emotional resilience. My name is Jason and I'm the founder of Executive Edge Club in Houston, Texas.  For years I struggled balancing career and family commitments with personal development.  Once I found the path of balance targeting foundational concepts of life to improve, I decided to share my framework with others.  

 

I've been there, life getting too busy and things slipping. You have the drive and discipline to achieve success but lack the time to push past your plateau.  This is where you have to do the human thing and get subject matter experts in growth and healing involved in your life.  This is why Executive Edge Club was formed.  More than just another gym membership,  having an edge is a way of life.
